  • Do you offer gift-wrapping and gift messages?

    Because our products are produced and printed by our vendors and not ourselves, we aren’t able to include any gift messages on the packing slip or offer gift-wrapping. We’ll let you know in case this changes in the near future.

  • Can you deliver orders to a PO Box?

    Many of our products are too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so we use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver them. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

  • What if my product is damaged in the mail?

    If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
