    Because our products are produced and printed by our vendors and not ourselves, we aren’t able to include any gift messages on the packing slip or offer gift-wrapping. We’ll let you know in case this changes in the near future.

  • Can you deliver orders to a PO Box?

    Many of our products are too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so we use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver them. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

  • What if my product is damaged in the mail?

    If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to support@nineofpentacles.shop, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

  • What is your refund policy?
